Even the main Hyundai dealer were less than helpful but along comes a recommendation from another garage about VC Motors. Straight away Dougie on the phone was helpful, put my mind at ease and did so with such compassion I decided to book my car in for an MOT at the same time. MOT rolls round and it's a fail something no one enjoys but Dougie was very helpful in explaining the work required for it to pass and had the car ready for a retest the same day. Incredibly reasonable prices but more than anything amazing customer service that is really hard to find from a garage. They didn't want to book the car in for a whole day of diagnostics, they didn't want an absurd amount of money they simply stated the work that needed done and reassured me. They kept in touch regarding the progress of the car and made me feel valued. They go above and beyond and they really are good guys, as someone who relies on a car daily it is very good to find a garage with people who value how much a vehicle means. No unnecessary delays. They take good care of both the vehicles and customers. Transparency is something missing in a lot of businesses but these guys will always be open and courteous with customers and the quality of the work is brilliant. Very happy with finding VC Motors. Will most likely use them again and again as well as recommending them to people who need a good garage.
After experiencing an extremely high quote for repairs from a main dealer, I opted to look around and came across (well recommended) VC Motors. What a find, experienced, knowledgeable and above all helpful, taking time to look at my car then explaining in simple terms what was needed to repair the issue. Booked in swiftly and repaired to a very high standard, approx 75% cheaper than originally quoted. On collecting my vehicle Dougie went over what was done and then even took time to explain the bill & what costs were incurred. Highly recommended to anyone needing honest reliable car repairs! I will be returning.
Booked through Black circles and had 2 new front tires fitted to my Audi Q8, fast and quick and very good customer service will soon need 2 more tyres so will be definitely going back to VC motors to get them fitted it’s 5/5 for me well done
I can't recommend this garage highly enough, my vehicle needed alot of work. I did a few things on the car prior to save a bit on labour cost, and Dougie was very patient in answering all my calls to help me out on the bits I was doing on my driveway. The mechanical and body work repair was done to an exceedingly high standard, and all for a very reasonable price. They keep you well updated on the progress of the work carried out to the vehicle and inform you prior about any extra parts or labour that may be needed to complete the job - a transparent and reliable service! If you need anything done to your car, whether it be, basic or something much more complex, such as accident damage, they are the place to go to in Dundee! Cheers!
Top level service. Came in Monday morning without an appointment, had my car immediately seen to. Diagnostic was run, no serious faults identified, and the mechanic refused to take payment for running the check. Strongly recommend, for prompt and honest service - I will be returning in the future!
