Excellent customer service I had a problem with the garage that was allocated to me, but Megan sorted it and gave me a full explanation of the problem, after speaking to the garage in question. She has assured me they will put a note on my file, not to allocate this garage to me on my request. She followed up everything she said she would and contacted me when she said she would. Very good friendly service. Good communication and reliable. Spoke through everything before agreeing to any additional work. The only issue I have is that the car is not cleaned as part of the service. When I used other services or garages they always return the car looking nice and shiny. Lost a star for that.
