Excellent customer service I had a problem with the garage that was allocated to me, but Megan sorted it and gave me a full explanation of the problem, after speaking to the garage in question. She has assured me they will put a note on my file, not to allocate this garage to me on my request. She followed up everything she said she would and contacted me when she said she would. I used it for the collection service while I was at work. I received good updates through out the day, easy to get in touch with the team, Good prices. I will use them again and recommend them.

From initial online booking (cambelt,waterpump replacement) to car being picked-up and returned it was a great no fuss experience. Happy.
