Excellent customer service I had a problem with the garage that was allocated to me, but Megan sorted it and gave me a full explanation of the problem, after speaking to the garage in question. She has assured me they will put a note on my file, not to allocate this garage to me on my request. She followed up everything she said she would and contacted me when she said she would. From initial online booking (cambelt,waterpump replacement) to car being picked-up and returned it was a great no fuss experience. Happy.

Second year I have used for my mot. Top service all round takes the hassle out of waiting at a garage. Picked the car up and delivered back a few hours later.

Easy to organise, pay and deal with them. Car ended up being picked up and dropped off at different times than they said, not a big deal but would be annoying if I'd needed the car.
