The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I had MOT, Full service, Brake discs and pads changed on my Lexus NX. Pricing couldn't be beat. The collection and delivery service makes perfect sense. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion. All promises kept and I am in gratitude to an amazing team. Highly recommend. It was very easy to arrange for my car to get MOT done. They arrived in time, collected my car, did MOT and brought it back in two hours. Will defenetly use them again.

I Was understandably a little dubious having never used a service like fixter, now I doubt I’ll ever drive my own car to the garage again. Very transparent, fast, and friendly service and it couldn’t be easier to organise. My car passed its MOT first time and no further work was needed, so I’m not sure what the service would be like if the car needed work and if it would be value for money so can’t comment there, but my experience was great.

Brilliant service keep me informed about what needed doing phoned me up to say what time they was going to pick my car up and what time it would be back very pleasant and friendly didn't charge for picking up the car would recommend to anyone i will be using them again
