Without a second thought, staff has come out to help him. They allowed us to leave the car under their security without pressing too much. And they were kind enough to give us the next earliest booking slot for repair. From the first minute to the last, till they release the car after a full repair in 4 days time, they maintained one of the best communication process. It was an efficient and decent way of communicating. all repairs were done in fair and excellent manner. So happy you are operating at the center of York. Best Wishes, the Garage!
I just wanted to say a really big thank you to the garage team for the efficient, professional and thorough service I received today. Recently, we had to take the car into another garage, who we only used because the part that was needed was under warranty with them, and they've messed us about quite a bit. I felt very wound up having to deal with them but very reassured that The Garage Tyre & Autocare carried out a full service, MOT and relevant repairs for us today. I really appreciate their honesty and their hard work to get the car back to us asap; it's really good to have a garage that we fully trust.
Only moved to the area in the second half of this year and had The Garage recommended by family. Safe to say I've had a pretty faultless experience so far. Everyone's really friendly and genuinely want to help out. I've had an ongoing issue with my MG recently where the car stayed with Geoff and the guys for over 3 weeks whilst we tried to sort it out. They very generously didn't charge me once they had got to the bottom of everything, as they'd had if for that long, which really shows how good they are. Thanks for all your hard work. I can only recommend them!
We've used the Garage for our MOT and servicing, and they've always done a great job, but recently they went above and beyond for us: One of our suspension top mounts and springs completely went, and they were able to have the part ordered on a Saturday before their wholesale order window closed, and fitted just after lunchtime the following Monday. We were due to drive ~500 miles for a house move and they got us sorted as a rush job for no extra expense, and even turned down a tip that my wife offered them. I can't think of a time when I've had such a good experience with a company!
Up visiting York when disaster struck and we broke down just outside the city. Fortunately the guys at The Garage were able to see us and fix up the car same day, saving us having to stay over another night last minute with two kids in tow. Thoroughly recommend for friendly, professional service and good price for work and parts. Thanks guys, you were life savers!
