So I booked it in for the repair and was shocked as they only charged me an hour labour! Apparently on investigation it was just something that had come loose. The point is I wouldn’t have been any the wiser if that had invoiced me for the £1000 so I couldn’t believe the honestly and morals which is so hard to find these days in people. The staff are lovely so polite and as a woman it’s so rare not to get ripped off when taking the car to the mechanics. I will always use this company for everything in future. I was so happy and if I could give the 10 🌟 I would 😁
I went to Fast MOT for the first time today after finding them online. I cannot remember ever having such a good experience with a garage in my 30 year driving career. They were polite and friendly on arrival, MOT-ed the car within the booked time frame, and gave me some helpful advice afterwards regarding maintenance. 5 star service.
After hours of searching Google Maps trying to find a place to bring my recently bought used car for an inspection and wheel balancing, I was feeling worried seeing that so many places have very low scores when it comes to Google Maps reviews. So I was really surprised after reading many 5 star reviews from Fast MOT customers and I had to come check it out. I brought my car in, they checked it and it was ready in an hour. They were really honest and just great people doing their jobs really well. They explained details of the work they did and why I didn't have to worry or spend more money. I definitely am not an expert in cars and now I feel very confident to bring my car to Fast MOT knowing that I don't have to worry about someone trying to sell me something I don't need!
Fast MOT are an excellent garage! They're friendly, reliable, trustworthy and they always explain everything clearly so you know exactly what the problem is and what you're being charged for. They went over and above fixing the power-steering on my van last week — thank you so much :)
Had my MOTs and services here for the past few years and they have always been friendly, honest and efficient. They don't try and rip you off - my last MOT in Autumn 23 went down in price as parts were actually lower in cost!
