I was amazed at what such a brilliant job they had done on my car, after being let down by other garages in the past ! There is no evidence of damage what so ever now. Their customer service was amazing - super friendly staff that makes you feel so at ease. Especially want to thank Phil for explaining in detail what my car needed, and getting everything sorted so quickly. And a huge thank you to Simon for reaching out. The regular updates from the garage really makes you feel at ease knowing your car is being looked after ! Their prices are very reasonable and worth the money, and I was super happy to see my car had been cleaned for me too on collection. Just picked up my MG which has had a full respray at Hounslow Coach Works. I was a bit nervous looking for a body shop for my 50 year old car but I couldn't have picked a better company. Phil and Simon and the guys understand older cars and have done a fantastic job. Customer service was fantastic, all the guys took a big interest in the car and pride in their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending. I even got updates with photos during the work. 100% happy customer! Thanks!!
I had some scratches on the passenger side of my car. Simon did an excellent job for a really good price. My car was picked up and returned and they kept me in the loop throughout the repairs. Would definitely recommend.
