He was very polite and highly knowledgeable and went through everything that he would have to do. He answered all my questions and bless him he went above and beyond with booking the car in straight away to finishing it and calling to inform that the work was completed. I would highly recommend the guys at Mile cross very good at what they do and not to mention the price very reasonable for the work that is required. 10/10 for Mile cross everyone is impeccable. Brilliant service. Went first time as the Yaris was making an obnoxiously loud whine sound. Oby diagnosed the sound on Thursday at the end of the day, turned out to be the alternator, and then got it booked in on Saturday, which was great as it saved me taking a holiday from work! All in superb service, will be back for any repair or service work as they're open on the weekend. Price of replacing alternator and labour I'd say is fairly priced, with labour being the smaller of the 2. 5 stars.
