I'd tried my local garage first who quoted a high price for something which, with hindsight, would not have fixed the problem. Alex at VWS suggested trying something first which,he warned,may not totally fix it but worth trying first. No guarantee it would fully resolve the problems. Lo and behold,it did fix the problem at a far more modest cost. Good service reasonable pricing, intelligent and knowledgeable approach.
Massive thanks to all at VWS! My Mk6 Golf tdi, had a boost issue that put the car in limp mode. I turned up unannounced and the garage was extremely busy, but they still helped me out! They found the problem and got me back on the road. I've used them for servicing and MOT as well, which was very reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
Very professional and helpful team at VWS. A big thank you to Alex who helped my wife Reji after an unfortunate accident. The team couldn't have been more helpful, whether it was to hold the car while we waited for Insurance to do its thing or give us the right advise on the way forward. Its always a pleasure to give such business's a positive review and recommend them. They looked out for us rather than what would make them more ££££. VWS have been looking after my Audi for a couple of years now. I have found them to be very professional, friendly and the work they do is of a high standard. Additionally they have tried very hard to be flexible when I have needed work carried out unexpectedly. They have a couple of loan cars that makes it a whole lot easier too!
