I've been going to them for the past 3 years and have always received top-notch service. They focus on helping without trying to upsell, often looking for ways to save me money. James is always kind, and their communication is excellent. I highly recommend them!
After initially visiting village car care, due to an emergency flat tyre and although busy getting me back on the road quickly, I decided on a second visit. The team are all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, with competitive pricing. I highly recommend this garage and will definitely return for any future work needed.
We have been more than happy with the service we have received in village car care. Jason and James and staff go out of their way to advise and deal with any problems we may have. We have not had any reason to complain. We would recommend this garage 100%and have been doing business with them for 10 years.
An excellent experience. As a female, I sometimes find environments in which I have no knowledge and which is usually male dominated, slightly intimidating. Village Car Care were lovely; very friendly and helpful. Not at all patronising and a pleasure to deal with. I found their costs to be competitive and I will definitely use them again.
I have just received excellent service from Village Car Care Beckenham. I had a nail in my tyre causing a puncture. On ringing Village Car care I was offered an appointment the same day and before I had turned round, the spare tyre was put on my car for temporary use. A new tyre was ordered and put on in fifteen minutes at a time convenient for me. The whole process was so easy and stress free and the staff are always so friendly. I would recommend Village Car Care to anyone with a car to keep on the road!
