We were extremely impressed by TN Auto's level of service yesterday when Terry and the team serviced our car. They went over and above and Terry's wife drove me home and picked me up once the car was ready. We will certainly be using your services again thank you.
Terry is an extremely pleasant and very competent young man; he fixed our vehicle very promptly. Our local garage had quoted a delay of at least a week before they could even look at it, let alone fix it! Then we found Terry, who looked at it the same day, immediately ordered the necessary parts, and fixed it the following day. Terry will be our first port of call for any future repairs.
Terry was on time, thoroughly professionally, has a very deep and vast knowledge of the motor trade and no job has been too big or too small. Is very good with honest advice on work needed, including MOT work, saving me money on last minute MOT panics. We have used him several times now on both cars where I haven’t had time to do myself. We will be using him again. Also very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
I was extremely fortunate to have Terry recommended to me when I had problems with the diesel injectors on my Volvo V40. Terry came out the next day, identified the problem and once we had the part 2 days later he fixed it. As a result of his professionalism and value for money as well as his friendly polite manner I asked him to service both mine and my wife’s car. While he was servicing my car I told him about my air conditioning which hadn’t worked for over a year. When it stopped working I was told by an ‘expert’ that it could cost me up to £600 to fix as he would have to take it apart to see what was causing the problem. Terry identified the problem straight away and once the part arrived from Germany he fixed it inside of 2 hours and it cost me much less than the ‘experts’ assessment. I’ve recommended Terry to a few friends and they have all been extremely happy with his work and him as a person. 100% Recommend this mobile mechanic. Finally. No I’m not a friend or colleague or being paid for this. I’m just a very happy customer who has experienced first class, value for money, professional service. Difficult to find these days!
