Not only were they really quick with the quote for repairs they also dealt with the other party’s insurance saving me time. They arranged a drop off date and time convenient for me and finished the repair way quicker than I could have anticipated! Both Chris and Caroline were so efficient and kind i couldn't of hoped for better service. To top it off my car was gleaming inside and out when I collected it !! Fabulous service from the whole team and would absolutely recommend them.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris and George at the paint and body shop, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, both of them were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided detailed explanations about the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. Chris and George went above and beyond to make sure I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process, offering helpful advice and answering all of my questions with patience. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident in the quality of the work completed – my car looks amazing! What truly stood out was how genuinely helpful and caring they were. It's rare to find such dedicated customer service these days, and I’m grateful for their commitment to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you need any paint or body work done, I highly recommend Chris and George – they will take great care of you and your vehicle!
Couldn't be happier. From my initial call to them, Chris and Caroline have been really very helpful. They explained everything clearly, dealt with the insurers and just made the whole experience easy. Car was ready on time. Looks perfect. Even had a quality clean! Would happily recommend them to anyone, and if I (hopefully don't) ever need any more work doing, will not hesitate to use Paint & Bodyshop again.
I don't tend to write reviews, unless its a bad one, I just expect a good service. But! I had to make an exception for this team. I can genuinely say that the service I received from these guys was exceptional from beginning to end. My car was returned to my door within a few days, the bodywork was A++ standard, cleaned and polished inside and out. Looking as good as the day I picked it up from the show room. In my 30 years of driving this has got to be the best bodywork company I've delt with. Staff are polite and friendly the quality of work is top standard and done in quickly with no inconvenience to the customer. Thank you guys you're amazing👌🏽
