Was recovered by T&M Saturday morning at Birchanger Service Station (M11), by Ben. Wanted to give him a big thumbs-up......he was most helpful, professional & courteous in the recovery & trip onwards. A most stressful situation made much more bearable by excellent service. 💫
From the moment my car broke down T&M could not be faulted. The service was 5 star. Great communication, with a quick and quality repair. Very reasonable cost. If you need a garage that treats you right then T&M should be on your list. Many thanks.
When my breakdown cover failed me I called T & M. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and really seemed to care about my predicament. Not only did Scott find me on the B road I was blocking really quickly, but he recovered me to Norfolk. A 5 star review for a 5 star service.
