Gordon + Lucy and all @ Smarts Autos Banbury Ltd. Many thanks for the spray job on my hitop canopy. Really happy with the finish looks great. It did require some fiberglass work (covering a hole and fixing a crack) which they did at no extra cost. Looks brand new like from factory and has saved me over £2000 as didn't need to buy a brand new canopy. Professional service from start to finish. Thanks again. Definitely be in touch when I need any paint work. Highly recommended.
Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. Car door was dented beyond repair. Multiple garages had quoted obscene amounts to replace, then a friend put me in contact with Gordon & Lucy. Gordon recommended I go down the route of buying a second hand car door which was over half the price of a new one, which we did. The car door was too large to fit in the car, so Lucy kindly helped me get the door down to the garage. The new door had a few little marks, as well as the back door which also needed fixing. On going to pick the car up, which they hadn't even had 3 days (talk about efficient) the car looked like brand new again. The service was outstanding. I would definitely pick the phone up to Smart Autos first in the future if ever needed, (hopefully not) and would recommend to anyone. Thank you to Gordon, Lucy & The Team for the extremely pleasant and straightforward experience and for all your help, it's greatly appreciated.
I've been here several times for minor bumps- and always pleased with the repair, so when my son almost wrote off his car but found he couldn't claim through his insurance, they seemed a good place to start. They gave a worst case estimate for the repairs, but subsequently managed to find mostly second hand parts which meant that the total bill came in way under budget. The work was completed quickly and the car looks great. I was well impressed. Highly recommended as good, straight forward and thoroughly trust worthy.
It's never an easy process to see the cost of repairs to your "pride and joy" but Smart Autos made the process so much easier than others. Lucy, their contact was fantastic in terms for "Customer Service" and the work they did to repair my car was "first class".
