Despite having a 3 week waiting list, Jamie promised me to try and fix it by next week. This morning he phoned me to say my car was ready. The team had stayed after hours last night to fix it as I’d seemed ‘a bit stressed’, (I was, very!). Lovely people who I highly recommend.
I had an oil and filter change today, along with a advisory brake pad and sensor renewal which would have been due in 200 miles. All completed in 4 hours costing significantly less than my main dealer quoted me. With Rich being a time served and fully trained BMW Master Technician I had complete confidence my 6 year old 5 Series was in very capable hands. The car now drives better than it did before I left it at SJR, a garage I’ll be going back to without doubt. Thanks Rich, Nick and team.
I’ve been using SJR for a while now, previously on my BMW 330d and now my BMW M140i. This place is such a breath of fresh air compared to a main dealer. Recently took my 140i there as I feared the worst, loads of white smoke out the exhaust, I feared the turbo. Pleasantly pleased to be told fault was due to a split diaphragm, speedily fixed. Honest advice and a fair price. 5 STAR.
Great service! Took it in and had an extended warranty. The team handled the communication with the warranty company and got me back on the road quickly. Will definitely be using these guys moving forwards.
I have been using SJR in Chester since Richard and the team started their business and have never been anywhere else for car repairs since. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and they have helped my wife (a woman) multiple times as I work away. Works have always been completed within the suggested time frame and they always let you know if any unexpected issues or costs arise during the vehicles diagnosis and repair. Honest, hard working lads who charge very fair prices for the work they do vs the main dealers. As recently as yesterday Richard very kindly came to my home address after the car would not start and my wife (a woman) was stranded with no vehicle - that is customer service………..
