Within calling them they arrived in 5 minutes and he knew exactly what he was doing. Very polite and professional. Would highly recommend!! If we lived more local would become our permanent car garage. Thank you again, your saved our little get away, much appreciated.
I had locked my keys in the boot of my Audi TT, late on a Sunday night. Ray was able to come out on extremely short notice, and get my car unlocked in under an hour! His services are extremely affordable compared to other companies. 10/10 would recommend. He is my go-to for all auto needs and will continue to be!
Let me start off by saying Ray’s ability to find a solution to a problem is unparalleled. This is a long review but we’ll worth the read. A little back story. My wife and I were having our vehicle cleaned at the Five Ways Car Wash. During the undercarriage wash, the water pressure pierced a hole in our oil pan, quickly draining all of the oil from our car. While leaking oil, they drove my car around the building to the garage to put it on the lift where it stayed until I arrived. Five Ways Car Wash wanted to take no blame and would not accept responsibility for the damage, telling my wife and I we needed to figure out what to do since their pressure washer certainly could not have caused any damage. The main problem here wasn’t, the damage, but that we were set to drop our vehicle off for export to the USA the next morning. Without a running and driving vehicle, we would not have made that deadline. After overhearing this conversation, Ray, from Ray Auto Repair Services offered a helping hand. He said he had an idea to fix the pan and get us back on the road the next morning (it is a US spec vehicle and new parts would have needed to been ordered from the US). I provided the materials he recommended, and he stayed late at the shop that evening ensuring we got everything fixed. The next morning he refilled the oil and off we went in time for our appointment! Never once did he ask for payment for this. He only mentioned how much he enjoyed helping others. Cannot recommend him enough!
Great service! They were able to fix my brakes and power steering leak without having to schedule an appointment and gave my car a full wash detail the next day. I’m very thankful for the job they did as my car was scheduled to ship out to the US two days later. Thanks for the wonderful customer service and work performed on my car! Cheers!
Excellent service and fair price on the spot whilst all other garages said it would be a week wait. Super knowledgeable mechanic, I will surely be back with any repairs in the future!
