When we had another issue recently, we went straight to him but he was honest about how quickly he could complete the work given how busy they were. Even though we used another mechanic, he went out of his way to help source and order the replacement parts for us, even though it didn’t benefit his garage. Top service, highly reccomend
I recently took my car to Phillips Autos for a MOT and servicing and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. The team, led by Mick, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work they did on my car, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to Phillips Autos for all of my car's future needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy garage.

15/01/2021 Update: Mick and the team have been excellent with helping me MOT our two cars, by collecting them from out house, as we have been isolating with covid. Highly recommended. ----------------------------------------- Brilliant service. The team at Philips Auto's were able to assist me with my vehicle issues. Warm, welcoming and honest. Parking is sensitive naturally with it's town centre location but is convenient for town while you wait. Highly recommended.
