I have never had a bad service or repair done at Peacock garage. They are always fully booked a week or more in advance and this is testament to the professionalism they exude. I called on Tuesday of this week as my alternator light was on. I'd called 2 other garages I also use who couldnt look at the car until Friday. Mandy spoke a little about what the issues might be. I'd said I knew they'd be busy but had called in case they might have had a last minute cancellation, she said we haven't but bring it down we can't promise anything but if we have a minute we will take a look. Fast forward to late afternoon, got the call to say it was the alternator, got given a quote and I said please order the parts and fix it when you can. Asked if that might be Wednesday (today) Dave said 'maybe.' Well, they decided to do some overtime and I got a call on Wednesday morning to say the car was ready. Absolutely first class service. Almost feel bad for them working late. But just so grateful to have the car back, thank you.
Wife phoned garage on Wednesday, got car in on Friday- was repaired and ready to collect by 3.30pm Friday afternoon. Was called soon after dropping off with details of repair needed and a cost. Superb, friendly service at a good price. Will definitely use again. Thank you.
Excellent service, top class garage. Very professional and quality repairs. Would definitely recommend. Excellent service for MOT, this is a top class garage can't recommend them enough.
Excellent service got my car in straight away repaired what was required and given options for any extras I might also need soon but wasn't felt pressured to. Mandy was particularly helpful and pleasant. I wish more car garages were like this one. Good prices to. Will use again
Accommodated as much as possible to reduce costs of the exhaust fitting. Always do a great job
