Unlike some of the larger, well-known chain garages in Farnham, John treats all his customers with respect and courtesy, regardless of their gender. As a woman, I've never felt patronised or condescended to, which is a refreshing change from my experiences with other garages in the area. John’s honesty and integrity shine through in his work. He provides clear, straightforward explanations about what needs doing, without any of the jargon or upselling you might find elsewhere. The pricing is always reasonable and fair, with no hidden charges or unnecessary extras. It's clear that John genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. Highly recommended!
John will go above and beyond to ensure your car is fixed and running smoothly. We have been taking our cars here for a few years and always very impressed by his work ethic. He explains in very simple terms what he has done and why. Excellent service. As always a big thank you for your help.
I’m new in the area and got recommended this garage. Honestly could not fault a single thing, John and Daisy are both lovely people, and my car was MOT’d in record time. Would 100% recommend!
Absolute fantastic job, very nice resonator delete, one of the only garages willing to take on the work and despite issues did a very good workaround and very cheap price. Professional service great at explaining everything and will definitely be using again, as my family has been for years. 100% recommend.
