They were able to see me the same day and, even though I didn’t get the car to them until ten to five, they had the parts ordered, delivered and fitted and I was on my way by six o’clock. Their prices were very reasonable and they were very professional and friendly throughout. If I lived in the area then this would be my regular garage. Highly recommended.
After being messed around and ripped off by BP Rolls. I contacted P&D Auto Fix. They were very quick to respond to my email and were able to fit me in the same day. In 24 hours they were able to order parts and repair my car. The price they carged was half the price BP Rolls charged me for the same problem in November. They were very friendly guys and even messaged me after to make sure my car was running fine. 100% my go to garage in Newport from now on. Couldn't fault them.
Took my car in this morning. I supplied the parts. Should have been a costly error on my part. Daniel and Pavi were outstanding and worked tirelessly on the ever expanding jobs. Apart from me bringing the wrong parts and Daniel ringing round to get the correct ones and then getting them fitted in a very tight turn around. Cannot fault the professionalism and extra mile these guys provide. Well worth the trip from Barry and I will be recommending them to all who listen and will use them for any other vehicle dramas. Though I will stop from buying my own parts and leave it to these guys. Top job and thank you

Very helpful, smiling, listens to what you say, communicates reliably and describes the problem. Everything on time and, most importantly, always in touch by phone. Responsible for his work.
