Despite the mechanics trying they couldn't make the fault happen again, but found an issue with a sensor that was replaced as part of the check all for £78 including VAT. I got a vehicle health check too, very impressed with all the team from the mechanics to the reception desk, they kept me informed throughout and rang me swiftly to arrange the collection day. They have really put my mind at ease as we often have our young grandchildren in the car, and knowing it's been thoroughly checked over is great.
After being messed around by a main dealer, I stumbled across Parkside Garage in a bit of a panic and I'm so glad I did! The service I received was excellent. They even managed to save me money from the original quote - which was a lovely surprise! Everyone I met was friendly and professional and I'll definitely be using them again.
Very helpful and understanding garage. We had an AA breakdown that turned out was too expensive for the value of the car to be repaired, they advised us well and helped us when we organised the scrap guy to take the car. Friendly, helpful and professional service. Will be taking my second car there for mot when due.
