Excellent service. Fitted us in for a full service and MOT within 2 days at a very reasonable price. Identified works required and again gave a great price for parts and labour. Dropped the car off at 9 and picked it up at 3 with all work done and a clear MOT. We'll definitely be using this garage going forward!
I used this garage for body repair that I had been car accident. They was lovely & work hard, I can see they're very busy. I'm happy with their service but I felt they're too rushed to repair my car within 2 or 3 days & I can noticed it's unfinished job & had to go back to finish off. Their organising is very poor & didn't booked in with my name when phoned them. I can see most of the garages were very good with bookings with good organising. I'm not sure if I use this garage again unless if they don't need to rush & take time doing their job properly & bookings too.
Flexible, friendly service. Called for a MOT when I realised mine had run out a few days ago. They fitted me in same day. There were no extras and didnt keep me waiting long. From limited experience I have with them, they seem honest and reliable.
Rare to find a garage these days where you won't get overcharged for repairs and services! Took my Audi A3 for an engine diagnostic as the car kept misfiring and overconsuming oil. Whilst at it, had a full service done with OneStop as I was really impressed with their professionalism and care they shown in repairing my vehicle and assisting me. Great value for price and done so swiftly, would most definitely recommend to others!
