As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was so much better than the previous garage. The guy at the desk, I didn’t catch his name, but he was so lovely, and really friendly. My tyre was repaired within 15 minutes. As a female it can be pretty daunting going to a car garage, but my experience here was excellent! Thank you MTS!
We had tried other tyre firms in the area but they had been shoddy. MTS were brilliant. They fitted us in quickly, did an excellent job fixing the bad seals on our two motorhome tyres, and charged us a very reasonable price for doing it. Would highly recommend them. Great customer service too, which we appreciated.
Super service from the team at MTS. We arrived 16:50 with a puncture that had just happened and the team were nothing short of incredible with getting us back on the road. Despite them closing at 17:00 due to the Christmas period. We left with a new tyre in the end due to some clear side wall damage. Plenty of different tyres in stock so plenty to choose from at all the different price points. Will recommend at every opportunity!
Great tyre shop very knowledgeable and helpful can't book appointments just turn up in opening hours and they'll help
By far the best tyre shop in Banbury. Went in for 4 tyres and wheel alignment. Was given the best price and same day service. Would 100% recommend. Was looked after by Nab
