They have always been professional and courteous and they have gone a good job. Over the past few months I have had a persistent issue with my BMW 3 Series with engine malfunction warning lights. They could not get to the bottom of the issue initially but went to the expense of getting some specialist testing equipment and located the issue. They suggested usuing a non-BMW part and fitted it but this did not resolve the issue after a couple of drives. I took the car back and they spent several weeks (off and on while I had a loan car) trying to resolve the issue. In the end it was decided that a BMW part should be fitted. This was done and it now works perfectly. I was only charged the additional cost over the non-BMW part and no additional labour charges when they must have spent many hours getting to the bottom of the problem. Above and beyond and exceptional service! Thasnk you Joe and the team at Motest.
Just had an MOT today was very efficient and great service. Well priced and very polite even answered a few queries I had in general about my car. Will be using this service again.
