Excellent Customer Service all round, Especially from Ali.Very Fair price for the Service done on my Car. Quick and Efficient. I will not be Going anywhere else for all Work to be done on my Car in the Future.
Don’t be put off by the slightly ramshackle garage — these guys are brilliant, and really know their stuff. Just as important, they’re thoroughly nice people. So helpful and attentive. The icing on the cake is their very reasonable prices. Perhaps what I like most is their honesty — I first brought my car to them in desperation as a main dealer wanted to charge me nearly £3,000 for some work on the axles. The guys at MM made a thorough inspection and explained to me exactly what the issue was and fixed it for £120! They could easily have taken advantage of me but they didn’t. I’ve been using their services for two years now, and can thoroughly recommend them.
Great garage well priced too. Will definitely be using him from now on
I'll tell you why I'm a loyal customer of Motcombe Motors: Eighteen months ago I got a puncture and had it fixed at a Kwik Fit near me. When I went to collect the car it was still on the ramp and the fitter showed me another tyre on the car and told me it was old and also needed replacing. The side wall was a little crazed but there was plenty of tread on it. I told him not today, thanks. Fast forward to last week, I put the car in for its annual service/MOT and asked for the above tyre to be replaced. When I went to pay/pick up the car, the fitter told me he hadn't replaced the tyre as it was in perfectly good condition. Refreshing honesty in a world of bullsh!t
