Must say I was very impressed with the customer service from when I booked, through to collection. Tucked away off Mallard road the garage can also provide a courtesy car should you need one. Fair pricing and good staff to do business with, I will return next year.
Having moved to Exeter, Paul’s MECA was ‘home’ for my Mini until I sold it. It had its issues & Paul always managed to solve it out for us. All the “fair” pricing is indeed true because, during my last visit to the workshop he had actually reduced the labor from 4 hours to 2 hours thereby reducing the total cost when he really didn’t have to. Absolute gem of a person. Thanks Paul! 10/10 would recommend.
We would recommend Meca Car Services in a heartbeat! They have a wealth of knowledge and experience so can deal with the most difficult issues, reasonably priced and jobs are carried out to the highest standard. We were also offered a courtesy car if required. They’re a great team and very approachable. Well worth a visit.
Amazing garage, with communicative, friendly team and more than fair pricing. My van broke down whilst on a camping trip and needed to be towed to a garage. I picked MECA as they were fairly local to where I had been staying. Paul and the team were all super friendly, lent me a courtesy car, diagnosed and fixed the problem(s), gave me regular updates and made me feel comfortable with all they were doing. Given I’m a single lady, turning up with the van on a trailer they had every opportunity to quote high prices knowing I couldn’t get the van away from the garage. But they didn’t, the prices seemed super fair, especially considering all of the time that they spent on her (even bypassing original mechanical parts with electrical as it’s just not possible to get the right bits in the timeframe I had available. I’m hugely grateful to the team - thank you for all the work you put in. Apologies it’s taken me a few weeks to get this written up!!! Keep doing what you do so well ☺️
We faced a problem with a coolant pipe on our visit to Exeter today, to pick up our son from University. We thought we might have to go home on the back of a recovery van until we arrived at Meca car services and met Paul to explain our predicament. Paul gave us fantastic service from start to finish. He was thorough, thoughtful, identified the problem and enabled us to get home safely. He kept the costs to a minimum and we were really impressed with how we were treated. We have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. Thank you so much.
