They provide an outstanding customer service. Their staff are professional, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and caring. If I ever need any car related advice or think there might be something wrong with my car I drop by the garage and there is always someone willing to help or do a quick check that everything is in order. I recently took my car for MOT & service. They kept me up to date with the progress and advised me of any parts that needed replacing (as expected) as my MOT test failed. I was provided with detailed breakdown of overall price. Car was ready for collection the same day. I have received fair price and quality service. As a bonus, they also cleaned the car inside and out. I highly recommend this garage! Thank you Manor Garage team for looking after me and my car.
I have been using this garage on and off for the last 3 years now and I don’t give my trust out to garages easily as have had some bad experiences with other garages in the past. The lads here are so friendly and accommodating and they explain everything to you in layman's terms with no pressure selling. My most recent visit was with my white 2012 Golf cabriolet where the AA had to tow me to them after a clutch related breakdown involving the master cylinder. It was a Monday and they initially said they wouldn’t be able to look at it until Friday which I was fine with as don’t commute to work. Cut a long story short they managed to diagnose and repair the car that same day and I collected it just before 5pm. Now that’s what I call service! Special shout to Leigh who is on reception a lot, he was constantly keeping me up to date with the repair progress and findings etc. If you want a garage you can trust then use Manor Garage, you won’t be disappointed. 😊
First time using this garage for a MOT and service, and they were great. Fantastic communication, letting me know exactly what the car was due and how much it was cost. Had a couple of problems with the car prior to going in, which the garage kindly looked at and sorted. Top marks! See you at the same time next year.
Manor Garage and Hoole Tyres are connected businesses and both give wonderful efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended and so much better than big dealership service departments.
