They were also super quick and had it done within a couple of hours. I loved the report which was emailed to me, showing what areas of the car needed attention- I thought this was really informative for someone who really knows very little about vehicles. However, I didn't like the price :( for work which I was fortunate enough to have done elsewhere at a reputable garage. I was also quoted £79 for a sunroof service? which after some Googling I found I could do myself... Nevertheless, I will be back next year for my next service and thank you :)
Always a pleasure to take my vehicle to have its regular servicing and most recently for an MOT. Everyone is very welcoming, the reception area is nice, with coffee or water to drink if you're waiting to pick up, while I was there someone needed to work and they were offered a meeting room to use, suspect this may well be if they're not in use. The video that they supply outlining any issues or advisories that you should think about having performed is very handy to see what the problems are. I will certainly be using Listers again in the very near future, and if you're uncertain if you should, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
I had never used Listers previously. I received great service from them. They were polite & helpful, unlike my VW dealership. They pulled out all the stops to complete the work on my car when they had expected to have it longer than I really wanted. I was so impressed with how they dealt with the situation that I took out a service plan with them.
