Honest, fair and approachable. I don't know much about vehicles, but it was lovely that they didn't make me feel pea sized when I confessed to not knowing how to pop the bonnet up on my new to me van...that'll be with the key hole at the front I now know. I'll be moving my business here for car service next year, as it outstrips another local garage now.
Good communication, professional, helpful, respectful. Recommended
