Our van was taken to an approved garage (which shall remain nameless) who were quite unhelpful and could not guarantee it would be repaired in time for us to tow our caravan home. We frantically searched the area for other garages and luckily happened upon Kynaston. Wow, what a difference in terms of customer service! They were so friendly and helpful and went over and above to get us back on the road. Within 24hrs they’d diagnosed the issue, fitted a new starter motor, liaised with the AA and had us ready for the off! Thank you so much :-)

Contacted the garage as we had a warning light “check engine” appear on our dashboard in our motorhome. We were en route to Brixham and worried if we could continue further. Dealt with Pete who said we could stop by and get it checked on his OBD reader. So impressed that they would help us on the spot, and were more than accommodating. Cannot recommend enough. 5* experience
