I was told work carried out would take approx 1hr, I returned 15min early and car was ready. Steve the manager was great. I had some concerns and he reasurred me at great length. Staff there were polite. I will use this garage again.
If I could give more starts to the team I would! I had a few issues which meant I kept ringing and each time they were friendly, kind and understanding. I took my male friend along as I've been ripped off and judge for being a woman before, so wasn't sure what to expect here, but I was worrying over nothing! Steve and Ethan especially! Both of you were amazing and I was very lucky to have your help! Would happily come to you guys for help in the future... if you both don't mind that is! I hope your both appreciated in your field of work and get the recognition you deserve. Thank you so much!
Had a new set of tyres on my van fitted, excelent service. Will be using them in future for all vehicle requirements. Would be nice to have a hot drinks machine!
Turned up for my appointment and car was taken in pretty much straight away, friendly staff, explained some bits to me and i was on my way. I also had my baby with me and the guys shut the door to reception to keep it warmer for us!
Great mechanics and very friendly, very knowledgeable too! Always happy to help. I've got my tyres changed here before and recently had my car fully serviced.
