Kevin was extremely helpful and informative, as well as being a really friendly and cheerful chap! No waiting around required as you are sent a code to leave your keys in secure lockers and park the car so the work can be carried. You are also sent videos and pictures of everything that may be needed on the car and a full report so you are informed and can make a decision for work to be carried out. A fantastic service overall and a great price for an MOT & Service! I would definately highly recommend KIS Autocentres in Eastbourne - especially Kevin! 🏖️🚗👨🏻🔧🛠️🧾👌🏽
Amazing service! I got the Groupon deal for the MOT, Service and air con re-gas. Everything was easy and simple with dropping the car off and they provided great service. Everything was complete in a few hours and the car is running perfectly. Thank you!
Big problem with my car, which KIS sorted well. Special thanks to Abby, who was helpful and friendly throughout a 4 week process (when Mazda failed to deliver a part for 3 weeks nearly). Also thanks to Kev? (I think) at Eastbourne for his extra advice when I collected my car. Good team, would highly recommend.
