They have always been really transparent about the cost, time needed and made recommendations of when repairs are needed These guys have managed to keep my nearly 20 year old fiat punto running well, and passing its MOT without issues and i couldnt have asked for more
Brilliant garage diagnosed the fault on my car very quickly and even though they were fully booked they managed to squeeze my car in knowing that I was in desperate need to get it done before going on a long journey the next day. I couldn’t thank them enough for there great professionalism, customer service and at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again👍
Jon and Paul are excellent. They very swiftly fitted new coilovers alongside a few other suspension components to my car last august and recently fitted a pair of downpipes for me despite many seized bolts and problems from poor repairs prior to my ownership. 3 'exhaust specialists' simply refused to attempt the downpipes due to 'difficulty'. However JP took the job without question and had the work completed to a great standard within 6 hours. Friendly , knowledgeable guys, would recommend them to anyone!
John and Paul at JP Car Care are, in my view the best in their field. Professional, fair and will always put the customer first. I've been using them for over 5 years now and they never fail to deliver. Never have to worry about ridiculous costs as they are honest as the day is long. 5 stars everytime and they deserve more!
5 stars, really kind and helpful! Saw me same day to repair a windscreen wiper and was out in minutes. Ordered the parts for me and I was able to get it sorted straight after work. So simple, quick and reasonably priced. Thank you again!!
