Working hard to help me get back on the road in a hurry. Everyone from answering the phone to explaining what was going on helped me out. Can’t recommend these lovely people highly enough. If I’m ever in the neighbourhood again I’d use again in an instant. Thank you so much for great service.
I was recommended this garage by my towbar company after my sensors had all died overnight I had already been to my usual garage but they didn’t know and blamed the towbar company i then took it to the towbar company who said it needed a decent garage and recommended these guys a few hrs later after no sensors for 4 weeks and an annoying noise i now have my car back to how it was I absolutely will be seeing u again
My car was recovered by AA and we had to leave my car on the road outside this garage on a sunday. The garage fixed my car and I was driving it again on Thursday. A few weeks later one of the parts went faulty very suddenly. The garage took it back in Thursday 6pm and by Friday midday it was fixed and I was charged nothing (impressive speed). It’s obviously not the garages fault it was faulty and they swiftly rectified the issue. They always answer the phone and are very professional, friendly and polite. The garage is securely locked up and it feels very safe. Everything is clean and well kept. Will be booking an MOT and service with them. It is probably not the cheapest but quality and service is great.
My car was recovered overnight on Wednesday to John Darby and I stayed in the premier inn in town, 150 miles from home. On calling them in the morning they squeezed me in and ordered the part that day. The car was fixed by 4pm and I was back home in Exeter by 8. The garage has a real family feel as well as being super clean. As soon as I got there I knew I was in good hands and they didn’t disappoint. They didn’t need to fit me in but I’m sure they sensed my anxiety and did everything they could to see me on my way. A huge thank you from my family and I. Couldn’t recommend enough.
