Their response was prompt, and they arrived quickly to assist with the recovery. By coincidence, a former employee happened to be nearby and generously helped me move the car off the road and unlock the steering wheel—well before the main recovery team even arrived. This speaks volumes about the strong culture and professionalism instilled by this garage. Highly recommended for their efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to great service!
Managed to reverse into a drainage gully on a single track road in Wales. RAC were unable to help extract the car but these guys were terrific. Really impressed with the speed of their call out and the professionalism of Andy(?) The recovery driver. Highly recommended. Date of recovery 11th September out near Capel Curig.
Van wouldnt start at netherwood touring park on 13th sept matty from hough green came out found the fault very polite and curtious well he bump started us in our motorhome gave us advice shook my hand and was on his way hes a great guy a credit to your garage thankyou matty from jimmy and kay
Big thank you to ben exellent fast response very very quick top bloke great service from hough green chester decided with a jump start for my onward journey very ropy drive home once again to driver ben
Car got stuck in gear today whilst in Chester City Center. After going through breakdown, the scheduled time was 12.15, but Craig from Hough Green Garage came out at 11.30! The car was in a awkward position, but Craig was great and got the car back to my house in very quick time. The best part was rather than leaving straight away after recovering the car, he took a few minutes to see if he could help further and he actually managed to fix the car by getting the disconnected gear linkage back into where it should go. Please pass on my thanks to Craig as he went the extra mile!
