Can't fault them at all, excellent prices and impeccable service. Very transparent with work completed, everything broken down and easy to understand. Parts were show to me when explaining wear etc. It can sometimes be daunting using a garage for the first time. I've had a few experiences in the past when I've been totally ripped off with over inflated prices and exaggerated problems. Won't name them (FRF). However, with Hoile's I felt really valued as a customer, they take the time to talk to you in detail about the work completed (to the extent I was shown pictures and videos of the work in progress) and will certainly be using them for all work in the future - they put the big companies to shame!
Been using this garage for over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is first class. No unnecessary repairs, and they always check with you first if more expensive parts need to be replaced. Highly recommended.

Value for money from this reliable and friendly family run business. Would recommend without hesitation. No unnecessary work carried out and full discussion of options is very useful. Update: same top quality service as of September 22 give them a try. Never changes here, always top notch. Once tried you'll not go anywhere else.
