As a young female driver I felt very welcomed and comfortable on arrival, and the team were extremely helpful. Great customer service! They checked the tyres for free for me and the prices quoted for 2 new tyres was very reasonable and changed on my car whilst I had a short wait in the waiting area. I would definitely recommend Hi-Speed to my family and friends and will certainly be back for an air con regas in the new year. Thanks guys!
Lovely guys who go out of their way to help and give you the best advice. Can’t recommend the place highly. They have incredible customer service too which is missing in almost everywhere else I have been. I do t go anywhere else these days.
Arrived with an irrecoverable puncture, hi-speed tyres got it all sorted very quickly, I was away with a new tyre for a good price within half an hour. All the staff were very friendly and helpful too.
Traveling from Scotland over the holidays, and on New Year’s Eve, had a flat on our Range Rover. These folks were welcoming, and quick to check the problem. Needed a new tyre, and it was in shop 1st thing after New Year’s Day, at a great price! Best service of any tyre store, and I’m originally from the US. Entire facility clean as, and all of their staff were friendly and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I needed an MOT on my vehicle and rang Hi Speed to see whether they did appointments. They did and I got booked in for the next day at 08:00. When I turned up at 07:55 I was surprised to see the whole garage lit up and ready for business. The different bays are well sign posted and there are plenty of places to park. They started on my car straight away while I waited in the most comfortable and well appointed waiting room I have ever seen in a garage. [I'm used to ripped sofas and grease marked walls] 40 minutes later the car had passed its test and I was on my way. Highly recommend Hi Speed for their professionalism .
