Over the last year my wife and I have used them a number of times for services and part replacement and they are always quick, fantastic value and honest. On 2 occasions they finished the work quicker than expected so took some money off the price when I picked it up (they didn't need to do that but they did). Cars always return gleaming and spotless and on 2 occasions they fixed something minor that was wrong with my car (one of the tracks on my seat had split and my rear door had filled with water) while they were doing something else. Amazing company
Our car was towed in after breaking down and they managed to fit us in, despite being very busy. They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it after checking everything else thoroughly. Brilliant service and lovely people. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be using them again.
Just wanted to share my experience with Hawthorns. I had a bit of an emergency with a puncture and a locking wheel that I could not remove. Following a recommendation from Merit tyres who could not remove it and seemed totally disinterested in doing anything . They kindly removed it with no charge in quick time when asked what I owed they said just leave us a review. I will be popping back and dropping in something for their time as I had no cash on me at the time. I would recommend these guys as they helped me out of a rubbish situation. Top customer service nice to have some good guys out there compared to money grabbing pigs in most garages .
Brought my car in for a headlight alignment issue where I had no luck with other garages. Olly very kindly got me booked in on the same week where the technicians were able to fix my headlights saving me lots of money and time. Thanks to Olly and the team at hawthorns, highly recommend!
Amazing garage, came and got my car started, replaced the battery and brought it back in an hour and a half. Cheaper than certain national chains who don't give a fraction of the service too. 100% would recommend.
