Not once did I feel uncomfortable whilst waiting for my mot, there was no awkward silence in fact lots of great conversation and banter between front desk and customers. No words can express how grateful I am for the support of your team for today. Will definitely be using the services again.
I had a issue with my brakes on my lease vehicle and popped to the garage to see if they could help. Martyn and Dan managed to fit me in the same day, even though the garage was busy. They sourced the parts I needed, ordered and pushed to get them authorised by the the lease company as I needed to be back on the road urgently. All the staff were very helpful and professional with sorting out the work I needed doing. Would highly recommend using this garage.
Booked car in at short notice for an emergency tyre replacement. Booking was easy, work carried out quickly to a high standard at price quoted. Advisories were pointed out. I was informed when job was completed
Very good experience. 4 new tyres fitted. Balancing was very badly done. When I returned later that day to complain this was sorted out really well and there turned out to be a fault with one of the machines. Friendly and helpful staff.
I recently had my car serviced at Halford on Alphington Road in Exeter, and I’m really pleased with the job they did. Dan (Gin), Martyn, and Carmel provided exceptional support throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendly service really stood out. However, I do think there’s room for improvement with the Klarna payment method—they could make it a bit more seamless.
