from 258 reviews on GoogleI usually avoid most garage chains, but in this case, I would highly recommend them. My partner's car is a bit dated, and we had issues with both the horn and CV gaiter. They managed to sort out the CV gaiter for an extra £20, which I thought was very reasonable. As for the horn, they got it working for the test. The whole team was extremely accommodating, and Tony, Stephen, and Ben were all exceptional.
Great atmosphere and knowledgable team. Excellent customer service. If visiting just need to be aware there is limited parking space at the garage but cannot fault the experience I had. Ben and Tony were brilliant.
100% recommend this garage, my car having failed its MOT at a different garage and getting no help or advice from them, I decided to pay Halfords in Vicars Cross a visit. First impressions were great, Ben took time to explain the previous fail, high emissions (unlike the other garage who first wanted me to pay to have the whole exhaust system examined to check for a fault) and he endorsed what I had already done to try and rectify, by using a fuel additive to clean the system. I decided forget the old MOT, and write off their retest and to start again and have an MOT done at Halfords Vicars Cross. Couldn't be happier, pleasant bright waiting area, with comfy clean chairs and a free cup of coffee. Test done, and it was a pass. Many thanks to Ben and the team, I'm back on the road. I'll definately be back, credit where it's due 5* service.
