Gave them a call they squeezed my car in on a very busy Friday and looked at it for me. Spoke to Alex who explained everything and listened to my concerns. Had the car back managed to test car today still had a bit of squeaking now on the passenger wheel managed to film the noise. Popped in for them to listen to it. Sound was recognised as possible back brakes sticking. Dan took the car and looked at the brakes for us. Didn't hear anything on the way back home. Above and beyond service thank you I would feel comfortable coming to the garage by myself as I always send my husband. Thanks guys 👍
My car was booked in for clutch repair/replacement and as fully expected I had to have a reconditioned gearbox replacement also. I was fully informed of my options and costs before work was started and how long to expect my car to be in the workshop. I was kept upto date on progress and when my car was ready to collect. Further work necessary to renew the rear shock absorbers was explained on collection. I use Halfords for servicing, MOT and repairs as I find them convenient and reliable.
I cannot thanks these guys enough. Going above and beyond doesn’t even come close to what they did to support me at such a difficult time. Changed my appointment last minute and squeezed me in for when it was convenient for me. On site, staff were happy to help, friendly and accommodating. Work was completed in a timely manner and I was back on the road! I’d like to personally thank Ben who was amazing! Thanks guys
Simply excellent. Had 4 new tyres put on and couldn't have asked for better service. The 2 lads at reception were a credit to Halfords and dealt with every query either on the phone or in person 100% . Definitely recommend and will return for future jobs. Many thanks. The customer with the Red Bull and the BMW Z4..
