That fitter didn't check their work properly so the bulbs were directing upwards....so raised beams at night for oncoming traffic. They re-fitted the headlight bulbs for no charge (and showed me how the bulb should look when fitted correctly)
Superb Service. I suspected my car battery was failing. The Technician ( sadly I did ask his name) took the time to thoroughly investigate battery which initially looked OK but with further investigation revealed it was failing. Throughout the whole process he was informative, efficient & courteous. I was very impressed.
Just visited Halfords in Farnham. Must give a glowing review of Harry Taylor. He fitted a new battery, tested it first, helped me decide on the best replacement. Cleaned all the battery points which were corroded. What a thoroughly nice young man he was Jane Boniface
I popped into this branch to buy some oil for my car. I bought the big bottle and I was told that there's still an offer on, I can get an additional litre bottle for free. We're trying to watch the pennies at the moment, so to get this extra value after buying something I really needed was really appreciated! Transaction 243592 Please tell that employee they are valued!
