I hadn’t booked in but turned up to see if the mirror element could be stuck back on. What I thought was a 5 min job turned out to be an hr…. At the end of the day. Fixed & not charged…….. brilliant guys, thank you so so much. Highly recommend bringing your cars here 👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Having an MOT fail over festive period from a well known national auto centre, Grease Monkey Mechanics came to my rescue and fixed the 2 fail defects at short notice within the 10 day MOT retest period. Their 'can do' attitude and professional approach was first class. I was even more delighted when the bill was considerably less than the quote from the national auto centre. No hesitation in recommending and will use again. Thank you for an excellent service.
Top garage and staff . My focus was repaired at this garage . It was a massive job with gear box so many new parts had to be ordered . The gear box had to be rebuilt . I was informed step by step how they were getting on with it. It needed mot . For the amount of work it took to mend and time it took to do the bill at the end was a lot lower than I throught. I recommend grease monkeys 100 💯 percent
These guys have looked after my last 3 cars and been generous, reliable and thorough. Friendly, competitive and decent! First car they looked after with regular services and their bills always seemed lower than I'm used to. Second car I bought from a motor supermarket and after various repairs under warranty at the main dealer, (repaired at Barlow Motors, Crewe, purchased from Skoda, Lincoln) they topped me up with coolant for free and helped without charge when I had issues. After my 2nd car proved to be more trouble that anything I've owned before, I brought my mk4 Octavtia to them for a check over. They advised brake discs were warped but safe for a while. I've always found them to be friendly, quick to respond, competitively priced and a genuinely nice bunch of people. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a common sense, well-priced nice bunch of people
