Amazing service. I was due to start a 300 mile journey when a weird clacking noise started coming from my passenger wheel area. I originally took the car to KwikFit but after leaving it there for a couple of hours with them still not having looked at it, I took it here. Okay I had a wait but we had a coffee and returned, when the guys put it on the ramp and did some sort of wizardry, then ran it around and the noise had gone! I needed a new tyre, which was promptly put on, and they didn't charge me for the time they spent on investigating the noise. I drove the 300 miles home in confidence. Thanks guys! If I lived down there you'd be my go-to garage.
Had 2 tyres fitted, Simon at the desk was nice and polite, got called 50 min later to pick up the car. No hassle.
Excellent service. Had 4 tyres changed a couple of weeks back - and the guys were super patient when I couldn't locate my wheel locking nut (one of my truly dim moments). They happily let me bring it back in a couple of days later once I'd found it. Today I had a couple of warning lights showing up, panicking I called them up and they kindly offered for me to drop by same day. Pulled up, greeted, car driven in to have a look over - and issue fixed straight away. Back in about a week for a service. Would very much recommend them. Local, friendly, efficient.
