The car was presented nicely, I was given plenty of time to look around the vehicle, with no pressure, and all my questions were answered professionally and quickly. Once a deal was struck, the paperwork was done efficiently, and Amer even checked that the two keys were both working, as the car had been on the forecourt for a few weeks. He changed the battery on one fob, and checked, and double-checked, that all handbooks and history were passed to me. His thoroughness was impressive. After just ten days or so of ownership, the car wouldn't start, and (after much investigation) I replaced the battery. I emailed Amer who immediately agreed to reimburse the cost of the battery under the terms of the warranty. The money was transferred to my bank account. All in all, I'd definitely buy from Elmside again, and would recommend.
A nice little garage, especially if you want a Van. They do have a few cars but not loads. Very friendly, I would say if I was in the market for a car.I would go in there and have a chat as one I did.They were very friendly I did not buy a car or van from here
Good atmosphere, good prices, Amir is a top bloke very friendly and genuine. Only place we would use for buying or repairing cars, we drive from Essex just for the peace of mind of being in good hands, thanks again.
Lovely staff, assisted us with a jump start (came out within 5 minutes). Saved our Christmas!
Bought a great quality used van in February for a fair price. Amer was very helpful throughout the process and after-purchase assistance has been excellent. Garage is always prompt and thorough, a must see for buying used vehicles.
