I’ve used Elite a few times now, and can confirm they are very good and fair in their pricing. They recently identified and replaced a failing thermostat housing, which I appreciate wasn’t the easiest of jobs, due to its location, plus they road-tested my car afterwards to ensure no more water leaks. They are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and I recommend Andy and his team without reservation.
My experience with garages so far have been pretty negative. I feel pretty taken advantage of because I'm a female who knows nothing about cars - I'm the perfect target. My MOT was coming up and I had no idea where to go. Elite Garages had been recommended to me by a colleague, and this recommendation was further backed up by my boyfriend. So I had high hopes. I'm so glad to say I was not disappointed. I was listened to and treated with respect. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and didn't seem bothered by my questions and requests for clarification. I will definitely be returning for my next MOT and any other issues I have with my car that they are able to help with.
Good communication and understanding of what was being done to my car. I’m a woman who has a little knowledge of my car but not massively. Everything was shown to me afterwards to explain why the problem had happened. Was told of an upcoming issue that would need to be done before my MOT was due. All in all I was extremely happy with the service I received. Laura
What an exceptional garage. From the easy booking of an MOT on line , right though to the reception when you get there and the polite, friendly and helpful staff and mechanics. A real pleasure to deal with. Recommend 100%, I won’t be using anyone else in the future.
