After leaving the car with them for a couple of days, they diagnosed what they thought was the issue only to find out that it wasn’t. A mis-diagnosis by their own admission, however what followed form that I couldn’t commend them highly enough for. They did everything they could to get to the bottom of it, and they did. I had a short amount of time to get the fault resolved and they made it happen. Craig and the team went above and beyond. Special thanks to Koz as well for his service towards the end of the saga, was top class. An honest company, who put the customer first, which you don’t fine often these days. Would certainly recommend.
I genuinely can’t praise this garage enough. From the staff member who has twice checked my tyres and immediately advised and helped me save money to the front desk, to the manager and the owner, this garage is faultlessly honest, helpful , knowledgeable and I would recommend this business to absolutely anyone who like so many of us doesn’t have a clue where to go and what to do. This garage has also actually looked at my car when it was faulty, tweaked something, got it going again but refused to charge me on the grounds they hadn’t discovered the/a main fault and as such wouldn’t charge! This on top of tons of patient and free and experienced advice. If you don’t know who to trust, I can in confidence tell you, you can trust Eden Park with yoursekf and your car.
Eden Park have saved me a significant amount of money and I’ll be eternally grateful. Had taken my car in for a service with a popular car company and was told that I needed over £1,000 worth of repairs or would fail my next MOT. I contacted EPMC for a quote and they advised me to bring my car in so they could check it and change necessary parts. Turns out I didn’t ‘need’ all the suggested repairs and have only had to pay a quarter of the price (including my MOT). Thank you all so so so much!
Brilliant garage,won’t go anywhere else now I’ve found them. As a woman been to a lot of garages in the past and have found they always talk to you like your dumb! But from the first time I walked into reception Bora was friendly,respectful and smiling. The boss was very clear about what had to be done and didn’t try to add anything else on. All the guys I met were really friendly. Good prices and quick work. Definitely recommend Eden Park garage. 👍
Really welcoming and friendly. Needed to check tyre pressures as going on unexpected long journey. Stopped on the of chance after trying 2 garages air out of order. Waited less than 5 mins they checked pressure, tread and brakes and I was out of there in less than 10 min. No charge. Thank you for putting my mind at rest. Friendly bunch, keep up the great customer service
