Got a lift home when I dropped the van off, kept informed and excellent resolution to a problem that cropped up. I’m very happy with the final results. I would highly recommend them.
Chose ECF based on their previous reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Really good communications throughout and the quality of their work is faultless. Excellent colour match to other areas of the bodywork which isn’t always the case elsewhere. Mark Storey managed my repair and he certainly went above and beyond with his customer service skills, which was refreshing. These days far too many companies do not exercise the same level of customer care. A credit to ECF.
Great service from start to finish! The team at quickly identified the issue with my car, explained the repairs clearly, and got everything fixed promptly. My car runs perfectly now, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. Highly recommend them for reliable and efficient work! Also Bruce that got my car and brought it back was a very kind and professional man.
If I need paint work done I always choose this place. Their work is hard to fault. Super friendly very professional and helpful, they also do servicing for a very fair price. They are Mercedes approved repairers, of which say a lot for quality. Rebuild now complete! Sam ( ECF' senior technical advisor) is very skilled and knowledgeable at diagnosing electrical faults and resetting. Skillfully aligning body panels back to factory values. A big thank you to Paul ( reception and customer care manager) for his very helpful and friendly service. Finally and not least the two reception ladies that greet you. Thanks
I chose this company as they were the best rated on a list of choices through an insurance repair. The communication with the reception (Robyn) was so smooth and I pretty much had to do nothing which was good considering the stress from my accident. Bruce collected my vehicle and delivered it back at the time specified and they even went over and above by delivering to an alternative address due to my inability to drive due to injury. As for the repairs completed on my car, it is literally like brand new, they really have done an amazing job! Thank you ECF, would definitely recommend!
