Eric is so passionate about the cars he brings back to their former glory! I bought an older Bentley GT and he made it look inside and out like a new car. I’m going to keep in touch with Eric for keeping my car in such a beautiful condition. He is also very fair with the advice he gives. Couldn’t recommend Eric more highly.
I had been let down by a couple of valeters who cancelled on me on the day I had booked them so I decided to do a wider search online. This is how I discovered Erik's website and the amazing videos all about the detailing work he does on cars. As the name suggests, detailing is a different world to simply valeting. I visited Erik at his very smart premises in Beckenham and decided to treat my old MK3 Mondeo to one of Erik's detailing packages. I am so pleased I did. My car was with Erik for 2 days and the results were just amazing. The car glistens like never before. Erik is a real professional who is passionate and very knowledgeable about detailing. I would highly recommend him to anybody who wants to enjoy their car looking its best.
We brought a 2017 fully services Astra Estate to comply with the new ULEZ in the area. Brought the car for £2000 below the average retail price as the car was a horror show internally. Mechanically (full history), and body it was good with low (ish) millage. Erik made the car like new inside, the coffee spills and rancid milk smell has gone as well as the smell and signs that a a heavy smoker used the car. I would not hesitate to recommend Erik and his service to anybody wanting their car to have the pristine look it deserves. On a side note, I didn't mention that through the ill heath of our son (who lives in London) my wife and I live in different countries (UK and Ireland) and although I visit every weekend, I was unable to meet with or discuss my problems face to face with Erik. We communicated by phone, email and WhatApp. Erik arranged the collection and drop off of the car, and couldn't have been more obliging with his time, effort or communication. This really is a first rate service.
Erik is a very good guy, he cares about his work and his customers. His outside finishes are spectacular. He is very easy going, passionate and he always puts his customers first.
